Computer takes extremly long time to boot. Then it seems it doesnt load up. I think it reboots. Then when it reboots it gives me to option to load in safe mode or regular and so on.

When I tell it to log in normally it boots up but i get errors. When I view it in the event viewer there are events ID 1112. No additional information with microsofts help page. I've googled it with no luck. I found some info saying it has to do with snap in about print spooling turned on, to make sure its turned on. I looked in ' services' and print spooling is turned on.
